Problem on installation OTRS

Hi All,

Again, I have a problem when installing OTRS on my another machine..
yesterday I already install on my machine, althought I have problem by port number issue, but I can solve it.

now. I try to install to another machine with same environment that is on windows server 2008 R2 x64, but I got the problem which look happen in MySQL issue.. ! I dont know how to fix it caused OTRS for windows install is a bundle with mysql, so I can not check details for that and I am also not familiar with MySQL.

I've tried to restart the OTRS service, and I got some error message from the prompt.
please see the screenshoot on below, hope anyone can give me advise for my problem.

Could you please change your topic to something useful?

At first I would assume your mySQL server is not running. Make sure mySQL is online on this machine.

I have changed the topic

I think so, the problem is MySql is not running well, I will check more deeply and will back to ask at this forum if I still got stuck.
