Hello!
I'm not yet clearly understand the logic of work and configuration the OTRS and reading of the Admin Manual do not add the understanding a lot, so please excuse me that I'm bothering you guys with my stupid questions, I found some answer (even after asking here) but still need help to move forward.
Now I've stopped with creating tickets from email. I made a postmaster account support@mycomany.domain but seems that OTRS do not check email or emails do not get into right place of the system. Should I create any cron job? Where to debug this?
Need few advises on a fresh install. First steps.

I've inspected crontab -e -u otrs, uncomented all lines which had word 'mail' but no results
