hi experts!
i am using otrs version 3.0.11
when we login agent frontend in the dashboard we see product news,Escalted tickets,New tickets,opentickets/Need to be answered panels.Like wise i want to add one more field reopen tickets panel.In this reopen tickets we want to see the reopen tickets as like you see in New tickets,Escalated ticket and in Open tickets.Is it possible to customize agent dashboard as i mensioned?

You can write everything you need by yourself

Here is a small example (another post) where all the basic steps for module writing are mentioned
What I suggest is to copypaste code from the Open Tickets widget and change the database query (API function calls) so reopened tickets are selected. Of course do not forget to change all the required names and texts
