Hi,
I created a survey for my company and set the status to Master and set it
such that every time a ticket is closed, it sends out the survey to the
customer.
In the customer's email, it would have a link to open the survey and when I
try to open the link, it displays "Survey-Key Invalid" error message.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've been having this issue also.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the survey module -- no help.
Looking at the MySQL DB, it's clear that the survey key being provided in the e-mail is not the one being stored in the DB.

Hi,
I have OTRS 3.0.11 with FAQ and Survey module (2.0.4). I created a survey, it is "master" for one queue to test. The survey goes out as designed but the link brakes every time (and the end of the mail also). Here is an example, this is what I received. I've tried to reinstall, remove, install, etc without success.

It seems that the link has been changed, there are some illegal characters and no survey key at all.
Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance,

Hi, update. It is working now, but with restrictions. So:
- create a new survey
- go to "source" mode
- replace the ";" to "&", correct the "<" and ">"
- save it without going back to "editor" mode
That's it. The problem is that you cannot edit it again, or you have to fix the above mentioned characters every time. But it is working at least.
