Hi,
is it possible to configure a Message of the Day for customers using a vanilla OTRS 3.1.2 installation?
I know that Agent MOTDs can be confgured in "Framework -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard" and then "DashboardBackend###0210-MOTD", however I couldn't find any relevant settings for customers in the sysconfig.
I could probably edit the relevant dtl files, but maybe there's a better way and I just missed some sysconfig options?
