I want to install a SIRIOS package but every time I did it an error appears "Message d'Erreur: Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by [..] "
the version of OTRS that I use is 3.2.1,
and I want to know if is it necessary to install SIRIOS? and if you have any documentation about SIRIOS please send it to me?

SIRIOS is only available for 2.4 version of OTRS as latest version.
if you don't know which purpose SIRIOS is for, why do you wan't to install it?

I just see some images of it and I thought that SIRIOS package is a theme for OTRS's skin
