Ticket search problem

I'm using OTRS almost from the first version, all was OK until some next update - Migration from 2.4.x to 3.0.9

After this update, stopped working properly ticket search by these fields:
A) Fulltext
2) To
3) From
4) Body
5) Subject

The rest of search fields worked and return tickets.

The current version 3.1.3 and the problem is still with us.

Maybe someone had a similar problem or knows which way to dig?
