I am exploring the possibility of installing some software that allows me to generate ticket but the pc maintenance area, I am between OTRS or GLPI.

Can anyone confirm if the data is correct or which are not well.
Does the cost figure and the limitations are only for cloud-hosted service or for local servers? That is if I install on my server I will have the limitation of 300 technicians? (if I have them), if so what is the price for each technician who wants to add?
¿I can add computers automatically as with OCSInventory makes GLPI?
Some other feature would add to that list that has OTRS?

the data is not correct. The pricing is for the SaaS version.
OTRS has Asset Management (CMDB) and is ITIL complaint (need to install the ITSM modules for some features)....
