Is it possible for an agent to change the service from what the customer has specified?
I tried in ticket zoom screen(priority,note,etc). I changed it there but it is not getting updated in ticket information. Any reason for that? Please help

The issue was that i installed queue<->services, it had a bug 
Uninstalled it and it worked
