I've uploaded a new module to OPAR: TicketAttachments http://opar.perl-services.de/bin/index. ... ttachments
This module shows a new widget in AgentTicketZoom that lists all attachments of a ticket.

this is a nice Module so I installed it
Now i have a question:
Can I tell the module that it should not display at the top of the sidebar, but at the bottoom?
I have found out that the OutputFilters are calculated in the file Layout.pm (FilterElementPost), but at my system your module is the only module to be shown.

The version 0.0.4 should hit OPAR in a few minutes. With that version you can define if it is placed at the top or at the botton of the sidebar...

I just released a new "Pro version" (http://otrs.perl-services.de/pro_pakete ... ments.html - german) of that module with new features:
* define where the widget is shown (top/bottom of sidebar column) -- also in Community version
* rename attachments
* exclude files from attachment list based on filename

I released a version that runs on OTRS 3.0.x, 3.1.x and 3.2.x. This version fixes a problem with the config: In newer OTRS versions one should define for which templates an outputfilter is valid. Otherwise you'll find a lot of warnings in the logs. The new version adds this config setting.
