otrs installation error

hello experts!
a want to install otrs 3.1.1 in ubuntu server.but while installing in installer.pl i got error message ("can't create directory cacheFileStorable") how to come out from this error message?

actually in previous version of otrs like 3.0 it used to configure automatically.

read the INSTALL file in the OTRS directory and set the permissions via otrs.SetPermissions.pl script
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

yes jojo.i have already set permissions,but still cache directory not created.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
