[SOLVED] My Queues preferences for Agents not saving

Hi all,

I have a new implementation of OTRS 3.2 on a windows server (2008 R2) utilizing a 2008 MSSQL database.

Now my issues is this, after the system has been setup and configured to run in our production environment
there seems to be an issue with agents being able to specify and save their "My Queues" section for their account.
There are some users which can still view and update these queue specification whereas some agents cannot
update this section at all. They don't have a single queue selected and cannot save a selection either, they can
select specific queues but cannot commit these selections upon pressing the update button.

Is there possibly a permission issue at play here, because I have checked on the admin console and the agents in
question they seem to be within order. This is a little strange, i'm sure there is some place super obvious that I
haven't looked. As is the case this is more than likely a simple issue that has a simple fix, but for the life of me
i'm stumped.

There is no OTRS 3.2

In actual 3.1.3 this is known Bug, which is already fixed and will be in 3.1.4

Ok oops for the version number, i'm using 3.1.3.

Ok I have searched for the bug on http://bugs.otrs.org/ and can't seem to find a registered bug for the problem that i'm experiencing.

Do you possibly have a link to the bug you are talking about?

Spot on this worked a treat. Worked perfectly even on a live system

Thanks for the quick fix. I will upgrade to the new version to make this change as part of the upgrade.

Solved with work around.
