maybe I'm just missing something but I don't quite seem to get it.
I have defined:
Group1
Queue1
Agent1
Agent2
Queue1 is set to use Group1. I then gave Agent1 all rights to Group1 and Agent2 all rights except r/w acess and priority to Group1.
However, when I log in as Agent1 I can't assign any tickets on ticket creation to Agent2 (even if I click that button to load all users), the name of agent2 simply doesn't appear.
It'll only appear when I assign agent2 r/w rights, but I don't want the user to have full r/w access.
Is there something I'm missing here?
