Link agents to customers?

Hi!
Is there a possibility to link agents to some certain customers?
the thing is for example my company does outsourcing for many different companies and in my company different sales managers (Agents) are responsible for their clients and every month they have to create reports of all incidents that has been reported from each client. So it would be nice for agents to be able to see only their clients and generate the reports...I know that there is a stats group for agents, but isn't it so that if I put an agent in that group it will see all clients and be able generate reports?
