create new group help

hi
i add new group but i assign the new group to a file but when i try to move ticket on this file don't see it
i don't knew if i have to change something help

You need to be a member of the group and the queue.

I created a new sub file as group i selected the new group and I have chosen a file but dosn't works .

i can't move the ticket on the new sub queue i can't see the new sub Queue and when i change the group to a group that already exist (users) it work and i can see my sub queue
