I am a newbie in OTRS and I need an urgent help please!
Here is my problem:
- First of all, I have a web based customer portal that includes fields for submitting a ticket request. When the customer clicks the "submit" button the system should send an email to the OTRS system with all customer details and OTRS should create automatically a ticket. I need a solution for this, I have look around but in vain.
- Once the ticket's been created, the agent and the customer should be able to communicate by exchanging emails. All contents of the emails should be added automatically to the ticket.
