I'm using OTRS version 3.0 in my office. We have implemented OTRS recently, and I feel great working with such a good ticketing system.
Our company hosted a website recently. There is a tab in our website IT Support (for supporting clients who visits our website).
My question is 'can we point the link (IT Support) to internal server (where OTRS is configured) in our organization'. For example: If a customer using our product faces some issues and visits our website to contact IT Support for resolution. When the cx clicks our IT Support tab in our website, it should load a new page in our internal server, I mean a new interface agents dashboard.
Do we need to create a url for IT Support and point it to our internal server?
Can we do that?
If yes how can I perform it?
Could you please help me in doing the above if its possible?
