OTRS Agent auth from Simplesaml...

Hello friends,

I am trying to configure OTRS agents login from Simplesaml authentication LDAP modules, with help of this FAQ url http://developer.aaiedu.hr/faq/11.html
but i am facing issues .
when i try with http://localhost/otrs/index.pl this page redirect http://172.16.1.113/simplesaml/otrs/agent_auth.php for authentication , enter LDAP username & passwd & its shows these values only

mallesh_kalsure this user allready add in OTRS mysql Database.
