Config item

Hi,
I want to add an attribute in my Config item as a type of Time (not Date or DateTime )
so i must to add in Kernel:System:Configitem:XML:Type a type with name Time ,but how can be visible to add it in my admin ->configitem as : Key => 'Durée Max de changement ',
Name => 'Durée Max de changement',
Searchable => 1,
Sub =>[
{
Key =>'de',
Name => 'de',

Type => 'Time',
...?
