Advice Needed

Hey Guys,

Just a piece of info needed regarding the installation of modules. I have integrated AD into OTRS without installing Net::LDAP
Can i install now or does it have any effect on the tool?

Also i find the agent portal slow while clicking customers. May be not installing that module is a prob?

Any advice is appreciated..

integration of AD without Net:.LDAP is not possible

When i click on Support Assessment in Admin tab, it says Net::LDAP is not installed.
I use OTSR 3.0.12 in Windows 2008 server

Also i use my domain credentials to login to customer portal..
