Is it possible to auto close tickets that have not had an Update in X number of days?
I tried setting a Generic agent up with "Change times:" before X days, but that seems to just act on tickets more than X days old, I would have thought an update to the ticket or a state change of any kind would count as a change but apparently as far as Generic Agent is concerned it's not.
OTRS 3.1.5 running on Centos 6.
Close tickets that have not been replied to in X days
