[Solved] Email Ticket Type Set to Invalid "Default" Type

Post by adupre01 »

Hello, I've set the Type "Default" to be invalid since we wanted to define our own types. However, when an new email ticket comes in the type is set to "Default". I've poked around in the sysconfig but I haven't been able to see where to change this setting. Does anyone know where I can set the type of new email tickets?

Thanks.

I setup one saying Body = "[space]", so every mail, then X-OTRS-Type = "incident".
