Is it possible to update OTRS without uninstalling it?
If yes please say how if not then please let me know if we need to uninstall old version first.

yes, if you don't use windows installer.

It is also podssible via the ZIP File on windows. but there is no guideline for this
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
