[SOLVED] Remove Pending Date from New Email Ticket

I dont want the Pending Date showing in the New Email Ticket view...I would also like to get rid of due date and Time units. Anyway of doing this? Thanks

Sysconfig: Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewEmailNew for Due Date and the state type.

Sysconfig: Ticket::Frontend::TimeUnits in Frontend::Agent for the Time Units (global setting)

Thanks for the response....I was able to remove the Time Units and Due Date....Is there anyway to remove "Pending Date" also? Thanks
