add response templates and assign them to queues.

Maybe text wasn't the right word, I meant font. 
I would like to change the default font all the agents use when typing out their new articles.
The manual wasn't converted to english very well so it really doesn't make much sense.

Try searching "font" in the sysconfig.
I found this entry "Frontend::RichText::DefaultCSS" under core::web but I'm not sure if that will do what you are looking for?
I found the manual plenty understandable.
