Can we ad signature to automatic reply or only it is possible in Agent reply?

You can manually type anything you want in the Automatic Reply template.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Probably I did not describe problem
I wanted to ask if it is posiible to add signature which prepared separately (as standard signature). The same concerns Salutation.

For a given queue's assigned autoresponse, what (who's?) salutation and signature would you apply and how would it be differently assigned?
