email notification problem

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with email notification. One user was assigned as agent to few groups with all rights. After a while agent is transferred to another groups and is removed from old. However mail notifications from old groups are still arrived to this user even he is no longer member of this groups. What I did wrong?

Is it maybe a setting in the Agent Preferences? If they've selected those queues in their My Queues they can still get notifications about them.

Unfortunately no. It was first hing I checked. :(

However, even I tried to disable mail notification on agent account I was still receiving notifications mentioned before.

What version are you running? if you are not on 3.1.6 you should probably upgrade since there are a bunch of bugfixes and other good things in it.

Check also "Roles".
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

It was problem with mail server. It somehow set my address as mail to forward everything from support mail. Sorry for late answer I just forgot about that.
