DynamicField in AgentTicketZoom

Hello there,

I am trying to add a dynamic field to the right column (Ticket Information) in the Agent Ticket Zoom screen. I thought that adding it as visible to "Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom" would be enought, but unfortunately this is not the case.

Does anybody know what has to be done to get the field there? What is "Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom" dynamic fileds part used for?
