Hi
I'm wondering is it possible to create additional status for tickets - special step for approval (by manager). Ticket will have new status and will be frozen until manager just click button "Approved".
Info about ticket to be confirmed will send to the manager via email with button "Approved", after clicking on the button ticket will be processed further.
Can you give any guidlines how to get it?

I'm looking for possibility to force email sending before state changing - I mean when I choose some ticket state an email will flight to given email address with specific topic
