I want know where is stored all tickets opened, is stored all ticket on DB? or have another place where OTRS store the ticket?

Tickets, Articles etc are stored in Database.

Attachments can be stored in filesystem (depending on config)
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
