Hi Guys,
Have been trying to use ITSM for a little project, im still new to this and I would like to know how "Planned effort" works in creating a change, what does it exactly do?
to be exact im talking about the "Planned effort" textbox when creating a workorder, I know you will have to input a number in it --is it in hours or minutes? and on the zoomed change you can see both "Planned effort" and "actual effort" with "0.00" values, I can indeed figure this out on my own but if would definitely be a big help if someone could sum it up for me, I tried looking up default search attributes when under a change but its not there i was thinking it could possibly give something good for reporting.
Thanks,
amdc

Re: Planned effort in ITSM
