Reply error :: HTML tags not interpreted

Hello everybody !

I am facing a strange issue with OTRS. When I fetch some mail, I'm facing odd behaviours : the mail is well fetched and the auto-reply is correctly sent, but when I want to reply, there is no address on the To field, no autocomplete, and the HTML tags from the reply text are not interpreted (salutation, signature, etc)

I'm quite sure that behaviour only happen when the customer have a special character in the mail address (my current example is ....O'Donnel@...). Do you have a solution to escape that character? Do I have to concentrate on the OTRS framework, the ldap / Database datasource? I'm quite confused here !
