Client not inserted into "From" in Phone Ticket in 3.1.7

Hi!
After upgrading to 3.1.7 from 3.0.11, when creating new Phone or Email ticket in agent interface - client not inserted in "From" field from dropdown list.
After 2 symbols dropdown list appeared, but when I try to select any client - nothing inserted into field - it stay blank :(
Why it so?

Hi!
Addition - Clients in dropdown list are grey on mouse hover, not blue as usual.
Don't understand what happens & what to do! :(

Hi,

I've got the same here after upgrade from 3.0.6 to 3.1.10. Dynamic fields (new email/phone ticket) "to, cc, bcc" are not filled after choosing customer (autocomplete works). It should fill the filed with customer name a nd add one more filed (to, cc, bcc) but it does nothing and the filled field becomes empty.

Anyone can help?
