Have a problem with our emails.
Emails stopped sending and receiving from the Helpdesk, I did a Manual FetchMail from the Admin Tab and got a message to say it could not authenticate. I reset the Password on the Gmail accounts and also the Postmaster Mail Account and tried another Fetchmail. This time the Fetchmail started and I got a black page on the Web Browser, after few min's I clicked my shortcut back to the Dashboard which opened. One new ticket had been created which was the oldest email from the Helpdesks Mail file in Gmail but no further tickets came through. If I ran the Fetchmail again a new Ticket was created but this was also for the oldest email in the Mail file.
The oldest email in the Helpdesk Mail file is not been deleted when the Ticket was created and no further emails are pulled through to creat tickets, no emails are being sent out from the Helpdesk, and any Ticket actions that use email are hanging on a white browser screen then they are submitted.
Log entry in OTRS: - Can't create PID PostMasterMailbox, because it's already running (yourhost.example.com/20816)!
Our Helpdesk runs on a Linix Server, OTRS Version 3.0.11

Fixed this now, found another setting where the Password needed to be changed.
Admin > SysConfig> Core:SendMail > SendMail Module::AuthPassword
