Hi guys,

I implemented survey and i just had problem with the link that goes with the mail that is sent for CSAT.

Nothing happens when the customer clicks the link. It says page cannot displayed.

I know i'm wrong with the link. can you give me a example link for the survey. i have seen the link given but i'm not able to use it to my scenario.

<OTRS_CONFIG_HttpType>://<OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN>/<OTRS_CONFIG_ScriptAlias>public.pl?Action=PublicSurvey&PublicSurveyKey=<OTRS_PublicSurveyKey>

i tried

10.0.105.175 is the server name where i have installed OTRS

are your customers in the same network so they can access the server?

Yes. i just want to make sure this is the format (before i try it in production) cos i tried it in a test bed with a db customer

It says when i click the link from inside the server

Survey Error!
Invalid survey key.
The inserted survey key is invalid, if you followed a link maybe this is obsolete or broken.

I'm not sure why it work in test bed but it worked like a charm in the production.
