Your license is about to expire? From whom did you purchase a license? Did you even try to look on Google where to download OTRS?

I'm sorry. What I meant is the free OTRS trial.

OTRS does not expire.
Are you using OTRS on demand as a service? Just follow the guidline provided to book a contract. Or download OTRS via www.otrs.com and install it on your own server
