I'm wondering, why I have no access to one queue including sub-queues. I'm admin in OTRS (3.1), so I should have access to all queues, shouldn't I?
It's a bit hard with the groups/roles structure (historically grown), but I don't see a reason, why I shouldn't have access.
Does anyone know a way to debug that trouble and let OTRS output, why access is denied?
Other users belonging to the owner group of the queues can access them.
