Debug "Insufficient Rights" problem

Hi,

I'm wondering, why I have no access to one queue including sub-queues. I'm admin in OTRS (3.1), so I should have access to all queues, shouldn't I?

It's a bit hard with the groups/roles structure (historically grown), but I don't see a reason, why I shouldn't have access.

Does anyone know a way to debug that trouble and let OTRS output, why access is denied?

Other users belonging to the owner group of the queues can access them.

SysLog says
OTRS-CGI-74 Permission denied (UserID: 39 'ro' on TicketID: 39624)!

All membership (if I recall correctly) is explicit, not inherited. If you're not a member of the group -- or role, and if you're using roles, you may want to forgo adding agents to groups) viewtopic.php?f=53&t=7012 -- you'll be denied, no matter that you're admin.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

But I can access all the other queues, of what I don't own the role. I can see all of them in My Queues, except that one (maybe there are 2-3 others that I can't see.. I didn't have such a close look).

Why do you have so many queues? Are you using customer based queues?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
