Hello all,
is it at all possible for an Agent to edit the main text field once they have created the ticket? Or are they really only able to add further Notes and/or Replies?

No changes to articles after submit. (Unless you edit from db). This is for forensic reasons.

Definitely won't be editing the db! When people mess with database tables they did not design then usually something breaks!
