Delete an entry from a ticket once already entered?

Hello all,

I think I know the answer is probably already going to be a no (or not at least without editing the db) but I thought I would double check anyway:

Is it possible to remove an entry from a ticket once it has been entered? For example if someone changes the Responsible person and makes a mistake with the submission, after he corrects what he has done he would like to remove the previous entry.

It would be great if at least an administrator could click a minus sign next to the line.. granted it is an issue then of forensics.

thats not possible in Standard OTRS due to revisional causes.
As far as I remember the Kix 4 OTRS modules have this posibility.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Do you have a link to this? I can't be sure what I found via Google is the right thing

There is already an API to delete an article, and KIX4OTRS includes deleting article_history.
(I haven't used any KIX4OTRS myself. I've only read the info.)
