Hello All,
I have installed OTRS::ITSM 3.1.4 for external customers. I would like to show SLA details i.e. Response Time, Update Time and Resolution time to our customers so that they can view SLA for their own tickets.
Is there any way I can show SLA details in Customer Frontend ?

No direct way. I suggest to have a section in your FAQ with your "Service Catalogue"
