Customer Portal problem!!!!

Im having problems with the customer portal.. Im trying set it up so my customer can log in to it and start sending tickets. I alredy read the admin manual and searched the internet to find the answer and nothing ... If you know how to fix this problem please comment , Ill appreciate it.

The problems is that everytime i write the url //otrs/customer.pl
this shows up...

when I put in the url http:///otrs/public.pl it works .. I really dont know why the other one doesnt work.
I already tried everything i could but nothing and I need the portal to work asap

have a look in the logfiles
