[SOLVED] Clicking Submit downloads a index.pl file

[SOLVED] Clicking Submit downloads a index.pl file
When creating a ticket as an agent after filling out all the information and I click Send Mail....it downloads an "index.pl" file and the new ticket screen doesn't close, but it does create a ticket. Any idea why it downloads a index.pl file? Thanks

Yes, it's because your send mail method is broken. Check your logs, send method, verify connectivity and authentication with your SMTP server.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
