Is it possible to get OTRS stats to spit out a report which would contain the following:
The number of tickets that have been closed on a daily basis for say the last 3 months
the number of tickets that have been created on a daily basis for the last 3 months.
The report would show something like this:
Monday: 40 tickets opened, 60 Closed
Tuesday: 37 Tickets opened, 38 Closed
Weekly stats reporting
