adding a column with information about client adress

Hello.
I need to add a column with the client address into view of agent ticket queue, or status. How can i do it?
Is it possible add customer information to dinamic fields ?

You should add customer information to customer information and it'll display fields it knows. Unless every ticket is for a different customer, there's no good reason to store customer information in a ticket.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

So.. How can i add client's adress into view when i'm watching tickets?

Short answer: you can't. that information is not ticket specific, so it won't show *there*.
Longer answer: modify code.
