(SOLVED) Increase character display limit of Customer Info

Hi all,

I'd like to increase the character display limit to the username and Email fields under Customer Information

I've searched all over but I can figure out which dtl contains the config. Can someone please tell me?

Kernel/Modules/CustomerTicketZoom.pm presents a CustomerTable (to display in the corresponding .dtl) using "Max" of Ticket::Frontend::CustomerInfoZoomMaxSize
Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent

the default is 22 characters.

Seek and change other Max values accordingly.
