Agent Cannot Disable Email Notifications

I have an agent that has attempted to turn off email notifications (I have from admin as well) and he is still receiving email notifications through otrs.

Is there a backend way I can check to see if it's being disabled?

You can not stop all notifications

Are you sure? They are only trying to stop their personal notifications as per the screenshots below

I know the above screenshot says yes - that one is only for me, not his account. In his account they are all set to "no"

as I wrote you can not stop all notifications, just the ones in the screen but not

- escalations
- notes
- owner assignment
- responsible assignment

etc
