OTRS Slow

Hello,

Well I am getting into it more and more and things are starting to get better with our OTRS. Thanks for the help provided on this forum.

I research some possible answer on the forum but did not find what I needed so I am posting a new topic.

1. I am running on OTRS 3.1
2. It is installed on VMWare Vcenter server version 4.1.0
3. OTRS installed on Linux Ubuntu Server
4. RAM 2 Go (average used 540 Mo)
5. Harddrive 30 Go (8+ GO used)

Problem encountered :
When opening up my browser (Firefox or IE9), it takes 2 to 3 minutes before getting the OTRS page to login
When entering my logs, it takes another 2 to 3 minutes to open up to my administration page.

I checked on the server, and nothing unusual showing up. Any configuration to change on the configuration files for OTRS ?

Any ideas why ?

On my Windows serveur 2008R2 DNS, OTRS is well noted.
I just added my DNS serveur in the /etc/hosts file.

So I think this is fine isn't it ?

It seems that the speed is better and less lags between request on the index.pl and customer.pl.

Ok everything looks fine since adding the DNS Serveur to the HOSTS file. thanks for your advice.
