Hey guys!

I'm using OTRS on a Windows system and it's getting slower. I was wandering if is there some actions I should perform to get a better performance of my OTRS system.

Please be more specific what actions are slower.

How many concurrent users do you have? Please install support assessement package and run it for getting some more hints.

Check also if the box has enough memory

Hi, first of all thanks for the reply!

Well, right now we don't have too many concurrent users; at most about 10 users at the same time.
We are not using the customer interface yet. And that's the point. We want to enable that function, so it will be more than 50 concurrent users. And so we're concerned about the system performance.

What exactly is this support assessement package? Where can I get it??

The hardware isn't a problem. We just want to maximize the software performance, but I don't know if there is a way to do that.

you can install the package via package manager.

Vi suggest a maximum of 20 conc. users on a windows box. Please post your hardware setup
