Multiple OTRS installations in one server problems

Hi! I've been trying to make two OTRS installations work simultaneously in one server. I've been having problems, though.

I followed the directions here: http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Acti ... ItemID=289. I had errors at first like css not showing on the second installation, etc. I was able to solve them, however. Up to some point, both installations were working flawlessly. After that, the second installation could never process css anymore, both in Firefox and Chrome. Also, I noticed that whenever I'm logged in on the first installation, then I log in at the second installation, I get logged out from the first and vice-versa. The error I got was "SessionID invalid! Need user data!" Another thing that I noticed was that the two installations shared one syslog even though I specified on the second installation's Config.pm to use a different log file.

I tried /bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl and /bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl for both installations but to no avail.

Can anyone help me with this or has anyone installed two OTRS instances in the same server?

Also, what are the default permissions for otrs-user, web-user, otrs-group, web-group when not installing from source? For my second installation, I used otrsuser, otrsuser, apache, apache respectively.

Any clue on how I could proceed is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Don't do it. Not recommended. But feel free to search the forums for it.
