Hi all,
we have a) 10 different queues for one group of customers and b) 1 other queue for a different set of customers.
Is it possible to create a group for a) so that we only have to give them access to one thing?

Re: Access to multiple Queues via a group
Don't use customer based groups. Use services. Queues are what Agents do. Services are items that Customers need to have fixed.
A Queue is a member of a Group.
A Customer can be members of groups if the CustomerGroupSupport is enabled.
Customers who are members of the Queue's groups get access to the queues of that group.
Customers are by default members of the "users" group.

What do think about this?crythias wrote:A Customer can be members of groups if the CustomerGroupSupport is enabled.

Enable CustomerGroupSupport
Create a "Queue options 1" group, assign this group to appropriate queues, and add appropriate users to this group
Create a "Queue options 2" group, assign this group to the other queues, and add appropriate users to this group
